Day 19 of Keeping It Real What God Is Teaching Me in This Season
๐ฅ Day 19 of Keeping It Real
What God Is Teaching Me in This Season
This season of my life hasn’t been easy… but it has been full of lessons.
Through grief, health struggles, and just everyday life, God has been teaching me so much.
He’s teaching me to slow down.
To listen more.
To trust Him—even when I don’t understand.
He’s teaching me that I don’t have to have everything figured out.
That it’s okay to take things one day at a time.
With Type 1 Diabetes, some days are steady… and some days are not.
With life, it’s the same way.
But God is still faithful in both.
He’s also teaching me patience.
Waiting is hard, but I’m learning that His timing is better than mine.
He’s teaching me to take care of myself—spiritually, physically, and emotionally.
To spend time in His Word.
To rest when I need to.
To do small things that help me feel encouraged.
He’s reminding me that I am not alone.
Even on the hard days…
Even when I feel tired…
Even when things don’t make sense…
He is right there with me.
And maybe that’s the biggest lesson of all—
God doesn’t leave us in the hard seasons.
He walks through them with us.
So if you’re in a season that feels heavy or uncertain…
Ask God what He’s trying to teach you.
There is purpose in the process.
There is growth in the waiting.
And there is peace when we trust Him.
๐ “And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God…” — Romans 8:28
Have a blessed and beautiful day ๐
