Faith over Fear
π Faith Over Fear π
God has been showing me this simple phrase a lot lately: "Faith Over Fear."
The more I pray and seek Him, the more I see His hand moving in my life.
Over the last few weeks, He has opened doors that I never could have opened on my own. He has blessed me with a new weekend job, He continues to bless my full-time job, and He has given me the opportunity to build my Mary Kay and Kleo Kolor businesses. Every one of these blessings reminds me that when we trust God, He is faithful to lead us exactly where He wants us to be.
There have been times when fear tried to creep in.
Fear of the future.
Fear of finances.
Fear because of my Type 1 Diabetes and hypothyroidism.
Fear after losing my daughter.
Fear of stepping into something new.
But every time fear tries to take hold, God reminds me that faith is bigger than fear.
The Bible says:
π "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind." — 2 Timothy 1:7
Fear wants us to stay where we are.
Faith gives us the courage to take the next step, even when we cannot see the whole path.
When I look back over my life, there have been so many moments where all I can say is...
But God.
When I thought I couldn't make it...
But God.
When grief felt too heavy...
But God.
When health challenges seemed overwhelming...
But God.
When I wondered how things would work out...
But God.
He has never left me.
He has never stopped loving me.
He has never stopped making a way.
The Bible tells us in Isaiah 43:19:
π "See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland."
I truly believe God is doing a new thing in my life. Some doors have already opened, and I know He is preparing even more. I may not see the whole picture yet, but I trust the One who does.
Another verse that has been encouraging me is:
π Revelation 3:8
"See, I have placed before you an open door that no one can shut."
If God opens the door, no person can close it.
So today I choose faith.
I choose to trust God's timing.
I choose to believe His promises.
And I choose to walk through every door He opens with confidence, knowing He is walking beside me.
If you are facing uncertainty today, remember this:
Don't let fear make your decisions. Let your faith lead the way.
Have a blessed day, and remember...
Faith over fear. Always. ππ
